In her varied roles in an engineering firm, in a law firm, for the government, and in volunteering positions, communication is where Janet shines. Now, in addition to her innate ability, Janet has the education and experience in mediation, facilitation, and in conflict coaching and analysis to help others in more complicated workplace and organizational conflicts.
Janet has been involved in managing conflict for over 6 years as a mediator and facilitator and has earned a Masters Degree in dispute resolution from the Strauss Institute of Pepperdine Law school. She is also a graduate of the renown CINERGY model of conflict coaching.
